We implement facilities that make everyday life smoother
Tilapalvelut’s main customer is the City of Tampere. We take care of buildings for the duration of their life cycles, from design to maintenance. We plan and develop properties, as well as maintain and service them. Schools, nurseries, libraries, sports halls, hospitals and other public facilities deserve good maintenance, because the satisfaction of the facilities’ users is the most important factor.
